- Weight approximately 450–550g.
- Hand wash separately in cold water for the first three washes — handloom dyes bleed at first, and that is the dye, not a fault.
- Dry in shade. Direct sun flattens vegetable dyes faster than anything else.
- Press on the reverse at a medium setting. Store folded along a different line each season so the creases do not set.
- Because it is handwoven, small irregularities in the weave and slight variation in colour are inherent to the cloth rather than defects.
