Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch time

Every SUKA saree is handwoven and checked by hand before it leaves our Hyderabad workshop.

• Despatch as it comes off the loom: dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of your order.
• Fall and pico or Kuchu tassels on the pallu: add 3 working days for finishing before dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time and charges

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Remote pin codes may take longer.

A standard delivery charge applies to most orders and is shown at checkout before you pay. Products marked Free delivery on their product page ship free of charge. If your order contains both, you pay only the standard charge for the items that are not marked Free delivery.

Payment

You can pay online (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery where available. For COD orders we may call you to confirm before dispatch.

Tracking your order

We ship with trusted courier partners through Shiprocket. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp, and you will get updates when it is out for delivery and delivered.

Secure packaging and insurance

Every saree is carefully packed and every shipment is insured against loss or damage in transit.

At delivery

Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and email us within 48 hours.

Address and delivery issues

Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the parcel is refused without reason, re-shipping charges may apply.
